We follow a "Privacy by Default" architecture. Whenever possible, our applications are designed to process data locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

2. Data We Collect (LLC Level)

Because we value minimalism, we only collect the bare minimum required to operate our business:

Communications: If you email support@honestefforts.studio, we retain your email address and message history to provide assistance.

Website Logs: Our website may collect basic, non-identifying server logs (like your IP address and browser type) to ensure security and site performance. We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies.

3. Product-Specific Policies

Honest Efforts LLC is a studio that creates multiple applications (such as our "YesTo" suite). Because each app has different functions:

Refund Policy

At Honest Efforts LLC, we believe in building software that provides real value. If a tool isn't working for you, we want to make it right.

1. Our General Policy

If you purchase a product or subscription directly from us (via our website), we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund window. If you aren't satisfied, email us at support@honestefforts.studio within 30 days of your purchase, and we will process a full refund.

2. App Store Purchases

Many of our products are distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Payments: For these apps, your financial transaction is with the platform (Apple or Google), not directly with Honest Efforts LLC.

Refund Requests: Because we do not manage the billing for these platforms, you must request refunds directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. We will, however, do our best to assist you with any technical issues that might be causing dissatisfaction.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations unless required by local law.
